Returns

We hope you love your purchase but if you change your mind, no problem.

Men’s Lobby accept returns providing the item is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and in the original condition with tags attached. Postage costs however will not be refunded.

We will not accept returns where the goods are not in the original packaging and without their original tags as we cannot resell these items.

We advise customers to use a tracked service as we are not responsible and will not honour refunds for any parcels that go missing.

In the event of a faulty or incorrect item being sent out to you we will immediately get the correct item sent out to you and we will cover the return postage costs.

All orders are shipped using tracked and signed for services for your convenience.
