The terms and conditions regarding exchanges and refunds and faulty items is as follows:
“All the items for sale on the Men’s Lobby website come from top quality brands and Mens lobby is confident that you will be satisfied with any item you purchase.
However, in the event that the item purchased does not meet your expectations under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within 14 working days (21 working days for international orders) of receiving your goods. (Please note refunds can not be offered on postage and packaging charges).
Mens Lobby is happy to exchange goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase in a saleable condition with all tags attached.
To cancel your order, under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations you should email us or write to us quoting your invoice number within 7 working days of taking delivery of your goods. Thereafter we will provide you with the procedure for returning your goods.
Men’s Lobby cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. In the event of a fault the goods may be returned to the manufacturer. If you do have to return any item to us we ask that you use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. If you have any problems with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you would expect then you should return the items to us so that we may arrange to replace them.
Please note that if an item with free postage is returned for a refund then a £5.00 charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
